Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Large custom requests may take 1-3 weeks to complete.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship via USPS and UPS.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Tracking & Notifications

  • If you provide an email at checkout, you will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Delays & Issues

  • Once your order leaves our hands, we have no control over shipping delays. However, if you experience an issue, we are happy to assist in looking into it.

Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Items: All custom orders are non-returnable unless an error was made on our part. If so, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

  • Non-Custom Items: If there is an issue with a non-custom item, you have 7 days from delivery to report it for a potential return or refund.
