Shipping Delays & Issues

Once your order leaves our hands, we have no control over shipping delays. However, if you experience an issue, we are happy to assist in looking into it.
Returns & Refunds

Custom Items: All custom orders are non-returnable unless an error was made on our part. If so, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Custom Items: If there is an issue with a non-custom item, you have 7 days from delivery to report it for a potential return or refund.
